Our Guard Training Program is designed to build professional, disciplined, and reliable security personnel. Every guard completes both classroom and practical training before being deployed. Guards are also trained in emergency response, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, first aid, and how to handle conflicts calmly and safely. In addition, we include customer service training to ensure guards represent the client’s brand professionally.

Regular refresher courses and on-site drills are conducted to keep skills updated and maintain high performance standards. Supervisors monitor and evaluate each guard’s performance continuously.
